Your reminders

RemindVault is designed local-first. In the core app, reminder content is stored on your device and is not uploaded to a RemindVault account or cloud service. No account is required.

Smart AI mode

If you choose Smart AI mode, the sentence you submit may be sent to the AI provider configured for that feature so it can be parsed into reminder details. Review the confirmation screen before saving. Do not submit sensitive information you do not want processed by that provider.

Advertising and analytics

If advertising is included in the app, Google AdMob may process device and advertising information to serve ads. Consent choices apply where required. Product analytics events are designed to exclude reminder content.

Export and deletion

You can export your reminders as JSON or CSV from the app. You can delete reminders and app data from your device at any time. For questions, email hello@remindvault.app.

Children

RemindVault is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
