Who we are
The RemindVault mobile apps for Android and iOS and the website at remindvault.app are developed, published and operated by Axieo Technologies Inc. (“Axieo”, “we”, “us” or “our”), a Canadian corporation (axieo.ca). These terms are an agreement between you and Axieo Technologies Inc.
Using RemindVault
RemindVault helps you organise personal reminders. You are responsible for the reminders you create, for reviewing their details on the confirmation screen, for granting the notification permission the app needs, and for keeping your device and any exported files secure.
Eligibility
RemindVault is intended for people aged 13 and over. By using the app you confirm you meet that requirement.
Notification reliability
We design the app for dependable, on-time notifications and test the scheduling engine heavily. However, delivery ultimately depends on your operating system, battery and background-activity settings, device date and time, timezone changes, and the permissions you grant. RemindVault does not guarantee that every notification will be delivered, and should not be relied upon as the sole safeguard for critical or safety-related events.

Medicine reminders are reminders only. RemindVault is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment or dose management. Always follow the instructions of your healthcare professional and the medication labelling.
Acceptable use
Do not use RemindVault to break the law, to infringe others’ rights, or to attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer for a competing service, or misuse the app or any connected service.
No warranty; limitation of liability
The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Axieo Technologies Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for missed events, arising from use of or inability to use the app.
Intellectual property
RemindVault, its name, logo, app and website content are owned by Axieo Technologies Inc. and protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. You may use the app for your personal purposes; no other rights are granted. The reminders and data you create remain yours.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product develops. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
